The thing about helping people, is that it never works. I've tried to help Healing Breeze, Orison of Healing, Healing Touch, Mending Monks. Triple Chop, frenzy, no cancel stance warriors. Elementalists with Fire Magic 1 Meteor Shower, and more!
And what's their response?
Gtfo noob. My build is proven to work in TA, I've beaten many people with it, and it is no failure. The only failure is you.
In AB:
Triple chop owns. It can hit up for 200 damage! Cancel stance? Who needs cancel stance, cancel stance is for noobs.
Fire vs Water:
Fire pawns everything. Damage > everything. Water sucks because it cannot do damage. That's why Fire > Water.
I have not EVER had a "Thank you!" or a "So what skill should I put in?" comment.

wiki bonder eh?
Never heard of that guild..
I think the main problem with new players in GW is that they do not really get the chance to play with good players in any team-based pvp. Except for RA ofcourse.
Everybody used to be new to the game 3 years ago, so it was not a problem back then. You just learned to play the game bit by bit with all your friends. Now anyone who is new (and interested in pvp) either has to play with players who havent been improving for the last 3 years, because they will be on about the same level. Or they have to learn very very fast to get the respect of decent pvp players.
Good luck with that..

well what things can i do to get better i know there is alot more to the game then just having the right build a great player could probably do really really well even with a okay build but i do rpetty shity even with a good one.
should i focus on learning the game like evading ranged atks kiting decursing and countering enemy spikes or whatever else there is and learning all the different spell animations and spell icons so i can just quikly see if i should cast something or turn off atk. should i do things like this even if it means a loss instead of a win if i was just blindly casting shit.
also cananyone point me to a good place to read up on this stuff so far all i ever seen is just facts about the game witch is only moderatly important.
i started playing when the game came out but quit right away cause i didnt start with r/l friends and puging is stupid and pointless i want to play real games not bullshit.
so any help at all would be loved long time

Guides are an easy way to get advice from good players about what is important in GW-pvp. Most guides focus on GvG though, but the basics of pvp are the same, whether it's GvG or TA.
There's a proper beginner's guide in the GvG section on Guru. Maybe someone else wants to add links to good guides. I'm not much of a guide person myself.
My little nephew of 12 got the same problem as you have. He's good in nearly all computer games he plays. In shooters if I just give him a day or two he'll simply own me. But GW is a whole different story. You need to know all the skills, know all the builds and you need to know how to shut them down. If you are playing a curse necro and you get backfire on you. You need to know what it does, or you will just die not knowing what happened. If there's a ranger watching you, you cannot spam on recharge but have to make sure your key skills dont get interrupted. It's all obvious when I say it here. But I cannot count the number of necros I've met who just started casting "Faintheartedness" when I was standing less than 1 meter away from them. Use the field, keep your distance so he cannot reflex 1 second casts, use walls, check if he's targeting another player.
Every build got some key skills that are important to remove or shut down. By playing all professions, and different builds, you get to know the weak and strong points of builds. Exploiting these points is what makes good players good and bad players bad.
An easy example from TA, if you meet 3 Mo/As, and 1 W/A, you need to know, even before the game starts that it's a spike. The warrior will knock-down a target, the monks will use 2 smite skills on that target. If you can interupt the KD, you beat the build.
If you want to get into a proper team, I suggest you learn (if you havent done this already) what all the skills do, figure out how certain builds kill, and think about how to counter this. Those are the main two things I expect from people in my team. I do not mind if someone cannot actually do something, as long as people are trying to do the right thing.
If you do that, and lose, gg, you got outplayed. But I dont want to see rangers trying to interrupt reversal of fortune because it's cool, when your monk is being owned by a domination mesmer. Or a necro who is just standing still while he is being hit on by 2 melees.
Other than that, of course reflexes, experience and a bad connection will influence your game. But I can't help you with that.
I'm sorry if I said things that did not make much sense, it's hard to talk about guild wars without actually giving any practical examples. A guide will probably help you out loads more than my rambling anyway.

I agree with this. First step is to just play the professions, and learn the skills. I think this is the most important thing for a beginner. After that you can start on positioning and who and when to target etc...
If you just want glad points, play the Shield of Regen Bonder monk in RA.
I dont really pvp outside of RA so cant really point you to any guides sorry
